You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

You may not use Nightup.gr to submit false or misleading information, spam users, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Event information on Nightup.gr is submitted by third parties and we do not guarantee its accuracy. Always verify event details directly with the organizer before attending.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content on Nightup.gr (including editorial articles, design, and code) is the property of Nightup.gr. Embedded music content (SoundCloud, Spotify) remains the property of the respective rights holders.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nightup.gr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightup.gr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
